I don’t understand how they can get “more views” without time stamps. People are actually saying, “oh time stamps I’m not gonna watch it”?? They may get LONGER views, but not more views. In fact I’d say they’ll get less views as people do t have time to sit through the whole thing. I love the guys and often so watch the whole video but mostly I used the time stamps to be able to filter for content that interests me.

I would ask you be patient with that as we get a substantial amount of more views/traffic/ and viral videos when we don't add them. I know it was convenient but we are trying this out for a while." 😏 K

I lost about 100 lbs over the past 2 years. Most of the time was spent in a pretty aggressive calorie deficit 800-1000 calories. I have some loose skin and am sitting around 17% (according to the smart scale- probably off by a little). I am lean everywhere except my belly which has some fat under the skin. Been noticing slow progress up until about 3 weeks ago where I had some stalling in strength. I decided to mix reverse dieting with something Adam talked about on an older episode. Basically I am planning to add in 100 calories at a time and stay around my weight and once it gets to the point where I am losing again, I’ll add in 100 calories. Hoping this will help me gain muscle and tighten the skin some around my stomach

22:27 dinosaurs Bible does mention dinosaurs read the latter part of the book of Job. God is describing how great and powerful he is, at the end of the book of Job. He mentions what seems to be a dinosaur named behemoth 🦕 ““Take a look at Behemoth, which I made, just as I made you. It eats grass like an ox. See its powerful loins and the muscles of its belly. Its tail is as strong as a cedar. The sinews of its thighs are knit tightly together. Its bones are tubes of bronze. Its limbs are bars of iron. It is a prime example of God’s handiwork, and only its Creator can threaten it. The mountains offer it their best food, where all the wild animals play. It lies under the lotus plants, hidden by the reeds in the marsh. The lotus plants give it shade among the willows beside the stream. It is not disturbed by the raging river, not concerned when the swelling Jordan rushes around it. No one can catch it off guard or put a ring in its nose and lead it away.” Job 40:15-24 NLT

Few years back I (stupidly and without supervision) did the HCG diet. I didn't have much to lose - maybe 20lb - but it absolutely decimated my skin's elasticity. I have no idea what that particular compound has to do with skin's elasticity (Prep for pregnancy?) but it really destroyed my firm skin. I was 35 at the time, no pregnancies, and had some muscle tone always esp in my abdomen when I leaned out. After HCG my skin became baggy and loose, shriveled, crinkled, crepey, aged, horrible. My abdomen, hips, arms, and neck/cheeks. It's awful and it is still that way and it's been almost 10 yrs. NOTHING I have tried has worked, including these recommendations. It sucks and I wish I had not made that choice. I've considered non-invasive procedures but fear I'd make it worse, so, I guess it means I gotta focus on my relationship with what I look like now.

Agreed. The research is mixed on whether T is reduced from endurance running. It seems to be implied from higher cortisol levels, but if you recover right, and eat right and live right, then you can get that cortisol down. Evolutionarily, it doesnt make sense that an animal that is born to run (not lift weights fyi) suffers a reduction in T. Goggins doesn't seem to be impacted! Then the aging thing re skin....I have not suffered that. My skin looks better. I both run ultras and weight train, Nick Bare style. No PEDs though, except coffee!
