That's where I'm at now. I'm a month in with no sales except the one my husband bought so we could run a test of the shipping proces. My mockups are bright and inviting My photos are accurate I have discount coupons and sales I have 60 listings I advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Pinstrest Based on all the creators, I've done everything right I guess I will try switching around my titles to match my target and tags. I have 16 5 star reviews, I’m about to hit month 3 and I’ve only gotten 62 sales. I get about a sale a day. I would just run discounts at the beginning

Hi! I’m not sure if you’re doing print on demand or not but ultimately the design or aesthetic of your products should appeal to one niche or a few niches that are similar to each other. For example, if your niche is self care, you could sell tshirts, mugs, notebooks, ect. That are all designed towards the self care niche. You could also tap into therapist designs or mental health coaches as-well and this way you’re broadening your shop with a chance to reach more people but while maintaining to a target audience

Hi I have a question about the begining of having the Etsy shop. If you don’t have a bunch of listings in the very begining will it permanately mess up the algorithm or can it always bounce back ? Say if you duplicate and also add more listings? And second, can you make some videos walking us through the steps while demonstrating from start to finish of a new listing for a bender. Including the researches that we do, the optimization and posting, and the next thing to focus on as in duplicating or adding new so that there is a more clear guide out there to follow. I am determined to make this a success. I put all my extra time then some towards not giving up and I’m so proud of myself to have gotten this far but I have found myself not knowing what’s next and almost going in circles many times because there’s just a lot to learn and many steps to do and direction to take them in. ?

Hey Mak! When you say duplicate your listings, do you mean duplicate the same product and change things around a little? (E.g price, tags, titles etc) But ultimately you have 2 of the same products to see which gets better results? Thanks! x

check your shop insights and see if your listings are getting views or favorites. If your listing is not getting any views, you need to change around the SEO in titles and tags for what that product is. If you are getting views and favorites with no sales, this could be a issue with your price or that the product is not being showcased as well in photos as other competitors listings

There’s general stores, niche stores and product focused stores. Depending on the person and the chosen store type, all can technically be a success. I personally have found most success in having a niche specific store that offers multiple kinds of products but while all curating towards the same target audience. If you have a store selling shirts to all types of niches and it’s working, you may not have to do this! However I do stand by the niche specific store strategy:)

Can you talk about etsy coaches - e.g. Dylan Jahraus, scamming people? Word needs to get out. She makes multiple fake accounts on reddit to defend herself when people talk about her scamming them, and attempts to get any negative comments and posts about her taken down. She scams people out of thousands of dollars for a poorly made course that is non-refundable.
