Yep that's about 1.8% conversion which is good for a new shop! 1% is good, then of course higher is better

I am not in the US but most buyers are. If i had to ship a t-shirt it costs me $15 to ship it with tracking.

That stinks, because if you don't use tracking it's a nightmare. Good reason to encourage orders of multiple products though, lower cost to ship each item.

Digital products remove shipping if you want to switch. It's a lot easier, but definitely would be a different audience depending on what you make

I've found there's a lot of people who go to Etsy looking for new shops! There's actually pretty frequent posts on the Etsy reddit where people look to be your first sale, maybe check there. But mostly it's a waiting game, and make sure your photos are good, detailed descriptions, tags are accurate, etc.

I'm located in Finland and here just tracking number is 13,60€. Plus package price is about 20€. How I can be a competitive? Thank you

The problem with sending internationally (especially to the USA) is people expecting everything to be tracked - because all packages sent within USA have tracking so we are spoiled 😂 So you may get people who don't understand there isn't any tracking, or will message you asking about it. You can offer the tracking as an upgrade but make it clear the base price for shipping is not tracked, and tracking is an additional cost. Some countries have discounted providers (like here we have Pirate Ship, Canada has ChitChats, etc) or you could use international services like FedEx or DHL, which I'm not sure if they are easily accessible or work with Etsy in Finland.

My shop's been open for two weeks and it says my conversion rate is 7.3%. That seems weird. Am I not getting enough views or something? Maybe I'm commenting on the wrong video!

7.3% is really high which is good! Realistically though, 2 weeks is a pretty short time frame, so you should have a better idea after a couple months. It will fluctuate a bit, but that's a great start!

I wish you had discussed the difference between shipping local and shipping internationally. Shipping internationally is expensive, plain and simply, regardless of whether you're using calculated shipping or not, and many sellers chose not to do so because of the cost.

I have 70 products. Only 2 of them are getting majority of the views. I have tried everything i could to optimize SEO. I have 6 sales too. I get 15-30 views everyday (only 2 get majority of the views and only those sell and a few others get 1 view each). Plz help me get views. Photos, description is good
