It's hard! I can't seem to be able to travel my elbow down or up before following with my wrist. They move together like a rigid block 😭🤚 I'm still a beginner and the whole wrist motion still perplexes me my brain doesn't seem to be able to process movements fast enough so im struggling to pull this but hopefully I'll eventually be able to do it. I'm sure everyone struggled like that at first 😔🤌
