Thailand is a great country for personal development. While there, engaged in Thai Chi and stayed in Bangkok for 2 months solid. I often felt miserable during sessions, as the training was very hard. But 7 years later, more respect for the body and mind and feeling great most days.

+Jada Williams No, anyone can provide coaching services - however, for people to want to be coached by you, you most likely would want to have some credentials, the biggest that I look for is the success and results the person has in their own life.
