Tracking calories is essential because sometimes you think you're eating more but in reality you arent, or you think you're eating less but you arent. But omce you get used to the same daily routine or same food eating everyday u automatically know how much you're consuming

I hate counting my meals
@TheDevilsGreatestTrick3 ай бұрын
@@olafharoldsonnii4713 I'm 100% with you there. I'm no dietician or doctor when I say this: I just stick to whole, single ingredient foods (broccoli/cauliflower, chicken, rice, fruits) and adjust the portions depending on what I want to achieve. Lots of water and some intermittent fasting here and there for cutting alongside a workout routine. Sure, it's not "break out the scale and count every macro" levels of efficient, but it's a simple way to start for me. But in any case, it's ALWAYS important to keep track. Keep things stupid simple, and you'll be off to the races!

Much respect to that brother in the video. Its inspiring me to keep training. Clearly he is much older than me so I know now it's possible to look like that when I'm an older man. I hate to break it to anyone who doesn't know but you can't have visible abs above a certain body fat percent. The idea that you can eat whatever you want if it's clean is an outright lie if you want abs. The only excepiton would be if you have the ability to put in hours burning calories. So long story short, if you want to look like a fitness model then you better not have a 9-5 with a commute. If you do then you better not have kids or a home life that leaves you with little free time.
