Use the Balanchins Blessing, or whatever Fia gives you when you hug her, if you have it in your inventory, it reduces your HP by like 5%. Get rid of it, that’s what the Red square with the arrow down symbol is under your stamina bar.

Too many things on your hot bar. Use the Triangle shortcuts for some stuff like I always use triangle + down for torrent. Triangle + up for physick flask. Also with the torrent spring jumps, if you use Margit’s or Mohg’s shackle, it will destroy the hidden rock pile and activate the spirit spring. You never have to go looking for them. The same way it will destroy all false walls in dungeons, it will destroy the rocks and activate the spirit spring.
