I like how you explain that problems and dreams live on the same spectrum, and how being stuck is an opportunity for a breakthrough.

1. listen to the negative thoughts, self-aware 2. question, is that true? 3. ask better question, get better answer (I don't know how, but I know it soon works...) 4. make the decision and create new actions (ignore the past)

Thank you so much for this video! This is exactly what I needed to hear right now because I do feel stuck. It helped me wrote my new decision as follow: ''I don't know how, but I know that soon I'm going to find a way to transition from my actual job to create the job of my dreams and that I will be happier, successful, more free, healthier, more fit, and more aligned with my true self!'' I will stick it on my wall and will read it each day from now on. Thank you so much. You're enlighten my day!

"Problems and Dreams sit on the same spectrum. The reason why we are stuck is that we got this thing overhere that we want, this goal this dream, this thing that we want in our life. The stuck is preventing us from accomplishing it. The stuck is a great place to be because it discomfort not creating this thing so intens that you are force to do something about it.

Superb video David. I am recovering from 20 years of undiagnosed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and just newly (1.5years) in remission from cancer. So I am currently rebuilding my life, and discovered that I have a massive array of lack based self beliefs and it has been tricky changing them.I have this fundamental belief that I am not worthy of having good things in my life and I am really struggling to change that. I KNOW I have courage and bravery because I saw that when I went through the cancer. However I cannot see my stuckness clearly. Perhaps I am taking on too much in life, because I am still navigating my own PTSD recovery as I have not found therapy useful. But I just wish I could take a pill that would amplify my focus and determination to make my new life happen. I was once like this before the PTSD, but now it feels like it is two steps forward and three steps back. I have the goals but I almost feel paralysed to make them happen. That has been changing, but the changes have been slow.My relationship with myself is blossoming since the cancer remission, but I KNOW that if I could just find a way to feel like I am worthy that nothing would stop me. Any ideas would be welcome???

Shae Hepburn, I also had a lot of trauma and stress in my life. I also didn't feel therapy would work for me. I'm now in a good place and what worked for me and help to heal the damaged nervous system and brain, were 4 main things 1st Meditation or any type of relaxation that works for you - its absolutely essential that you turn off the stress response in your mind and body, otherwise healing can't happen. Guided meditation is best. 2nd Music that makes you feel good and dance/move to it - standing, sitting, lying down or just imagine in your mind that your moving and happy. Make the music loud but not deafening after 15 mins you should start to feel really good. Do this daily and your body will start to release more feelgood hormones on a regular basis. 3rd Nutrition, make sure your eating foods or supplements that heal the nervous system and brain, especially Omega 3/essential fatty acids from fish and nuts, or supplements. Also the B vitamins. Eat all the foods you enjoy and eat plenty to ensure your getting all your vitamins and minerals. 4th Get outside daily and walk, moving the body, getting sun and light on the skin and eyes, breathing fresh air especially in a green area with trees and natural life is invigorating and spiritually uplifting. 5th Become aware of your feelings, ask yourself throughout the day "how am I feeling " and notice what triggers your feelings - what were you thinking or doing that made you feel good or bad. Affirm and do things that make you feel good. Change your focus and stay with what makes you feel good- such as the food, the music, the book, the places, the people. Look at KZbin videos of Dr Joe Dispenza, Greg Braden, Dr Bruce Lipton. Find supportive people such as a spiritual or self development group where you feel comfortable. And finally be patient and kind with yourself, go at your own pace, look for the support you need and you will find it. This works I know because it worked for me. Remain peaceful and joyful my friend and good things will happen for you.

Thank you for the inspiration. It takes seeing it is possible yes, but working with discipline to see it manifest. First, believing we are capable to learn what is needed to make it happen and commit to being uncomfortable to reach our final goal. See it, believe it, commit to it, go learn all you can to do it. Honestly Be in touch with yourself to know when it isn’t right for you and let it lead you to what is.

I really appreciate the video and the help. Especially making a decision that things will work out! One suggestion: the examples you give of unconstrucrive behaviour sound like numbing (e.g. alcohol, videos, complaining), not soothing. Soothing is a very important and positive skill when working through an emotion, which should go hand in hand with the constructive steps that you described.
