Yes, you can only do fixed priced projects if you want, many freelancers do that. Though some clients insist on hourly payments so you will have to focus on getting other clients.

I would recommend focusing on something more specific and in-demand like sales funnel or landing page design. It would be a great way to use both of these skillsets.
