I don't know. But the struggle is real. When people go, I also try not to take it personally.

@@addisontaylor5979 Yes! That's a very important part. If they are leaving sometimes, that's totally normal. If it's happening often and regularly, then it's a system/script/mindset that needs addressing.

@@AlyssaDazetLAc In my case, it's not that regularly, fortunately, but I'm quite sure I still need the system/script/mindset upgrades. Working on it!
