Yes, I think so they will see your picture as it is part of confirming your identity. You need to convert your BRP to an eVISa. Then you can choose the photo you take and subsequently change your photo on the online immigration status. I have several videos demonstrating how to apply for for an eVISA. You need details on your BRP to fill this online form and generate your right to work share code. When your visa has been approved and you arrive the UK, you can collect your BRP from the address provided to you by the Home Office. All the best!

Oh dear! Why don’t you have a BRP. According to your papers are you allowed to work. Did the government provide you with a residence permit number? I think you should visit the government website and call them to ask further questions. All the best!
