I disagree with the cheat meal part... Firstly, cheat meal is cheat meal, so it shouldn't be recommanded because it will just rise your calories and ruins your calorie deficit (if you eat 2000 calories 6 days but eat 5000 the last day, the average calories is 2400, it's still good but ruins the effort you did). Secondly if you need a cheat meal, it means your diet is too restricted and you need to make better meals, a diet should be enjoyable for long term goals
