Where did you bleed the air out from? I’m not seeing a radiator cap other than the reservoir cap. Currently working on 2011 Cadillac srx

I bled coolant with vehicle running and reservoir cap off while topping off with coolant at the same time as the engine is running. I hope this helps. I appreciate the feedback 👍

How did you remove the pulley from the water pump? Never mind , I saw the install , looks like it's just the 4 bolts

What’s labeled as the “water outlet”. Are you just replacing the plastic elbow? Or the housing? I can’t seem to find just the plastic elbow

When I replaced the elbow. General motor part dealer told me it was called a water outlet. I replaced the elbow “water outlet “ and the water pump with new coolant. I hope this helps. I appreciate the feedback 👍

Do I need to purge the sistem before changing the pump?
