I always come back to Mingyur Rinpoche's teachings; his books and these little vignettes of wisdom on KZbin. I watch each twice, first to listen and absorb and the second time to take notes. I have his picture by my door to remind me every morning when I start the day. Cycling and the works of Mingyur Rinpoche have changed my life in the last few years, I wouldn't be here without his wisdom.
