If you enjoyed this, I also tried Conor’s daily routine for 7 days and posted a video about it on my main channel! I especially learned a lot from his visualization technique. Check it out here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5jKlqxqjK-jnNksi=JOdgIWDhhQEg_xG2

1. Training/Working - Conors competence leads to confidence because the more he put in the work the more he have evidence and the more he see his actions. It will eventually leads and turned into confidence since he know he is working and taking an action. 2. Fake it until you make it - Conor keep faking what he wanted in life tricking his subconscious to actually believing it and that motivates him to put in the work and take more actions. 3. Visualization - Conor is very known because of this things, he constantly visualized everything, he visualized success, goals, achievements, and things he wanted, he visualized he already have them just like faking it. He visualized on his upcoming fights whats the pace, whats gonna happen on the octagon, literally everything. This helps Conor to become mentally prepared for it, he used visualization on everything like he visualize whats gonna happen today, on his training, how is he gonna react to a certain thing. Like Jon jones, Conor also Visualize the worst case scenarios, such as getting knocked down, losing, or any negative things that can happen. He visualized it to become desensitized to it and become comfortable with it, in that way his mentality became almost inevitable. From visualizing negative things and being desensitized and comfortable with it, to visualizing positive, successful things and scenarios that is in his or side or things that is in his favor. The effects of this in Conor's mind is very powerful, imagine he gains confidence, readiness, motivation, and clarity. He repeats this process over and over again until he made his visualization into his reality. 4. Mental warfare - Conors ability to get in his opponents head is crazy. He made so much impact to his enemy like Dustin Poirier, Jose Aldo, and almost everyone he faced. He did all this things to leave an emotional impact to his opponent causing their performance to decrease since there are emotions involved due to what Conor did before the fight. But for Conor its really nothing, he knows its just an act to stir his opponent's mental balance, thats why when in the octagon Conor usually show no emotions and was focused on the fight since he doesnt really take it the trashtalking or mental warfare thing serious, for him its just a mere act, but for his opponents? it did. 5. He pulls lessons on literally everything, Conor is curious about anything and that is in his favor since he has gaining knowledge from it applying it to himself. 6. Never let you ego get you - Conor's act of being egomaniac on the screen does not really define him. Its just merely an act to sell PPVs, this act helps him to fake his confidence on the screen, although he has a large amount of self belief, self esteem, and self confidence behind the camera, this act more confident in the screen acting like he owns everything and almost god-complex in the screen. Conor never let this act get on his head, what he truly is, is he cares for his family, he inspires and motivates others, and a truly hardworking person. 7. No excuses on loss - When Conor losses fights he doesnt have excuses about it, he absolutely claims that hes beat and thats it, he carry on and continue moving forward. The more we make excuses is the lesser we learn from it and the lesser we take action to move forward because we are stuck being indenial and stuck from excuses. 8. Learn - Conor is always learning no matter if its a loss or a win. Conor believes that the day we stop trying to learn, is the day we start losing, so he always learn regardless of the result. Win or lose he will take something from it. In this way he starts moving forward regardless from a win or loss 9. No matter what - Conor believes that losing can break a fighter, but so is winning. He says that if you get too comfortable with a win and that can lead to stopping on seeking from improvement on your game because you get too comfortable with a win. Losing can break a fighter too since they wont carry on and stuck on the feeling of a loss. He believes that there is no point getting stuck on a loss and a win since tomorrow you will wake up and do the same thing again, working, improving, training, etc,,. So he said that its important to sleep on win, and wake up with a loss.

Atleast Conor proclaimed Christ as Lord. The man did what he was meant to for his family and his children will have an inheritance. They will never know poverty. Proverbs 13:22 His soul isnt lost. Everything in this video is stuff God says to do. Hebrews 11:1 says faith is substance of things you are hoping for…the visualization , the meditation, knowing who he was and walking in it.

The most important thing people forget is , It should all be 100% natural , completely in flow , you can take a public speaking class or a confidence boosting therapy sessions and practice all the homeworks you can reach there but being the best ?? i doubt it do whatever comes natural to you , be natural and try scale up from there onwards never try to persue something because its trending , people are designed for different things , different stories to tell and so on

10:30 I'm not sure how this got in here because Conor made excuses for multiple losses. He tried downplaying the first Dustin knockout by overstating the fact his leg stopped working as if Dustin legkicking him wasn't intentional or something. Also the "me foot was a balloon" for the Khabib loss. I think you maybe fell too hard down the "keeping the topic positive" that you forgot such obvious things but anyway. Good video nonetheless.
