I made some massive changes to it. I am going to be changing the name as well. I have been testing it for the last 2 months. It is awesome. To be honest, I moved my ENTIRE studio as I am sure you are aware. It kinda spun all my projects out of control. Back on track now though :)

I finally made the effort to measure my leg-to-height ratio. I'm 51% leg. No wonder I've been having difficulty squatting without a very wide stance.
@ashleyrobinson93732 жыл бұрын
Try having a much narrower stance, for some reason I’m able to hit full depth with a more narrow stance

This is a demonstration video. The goal here is to teach form, not workout which is why I am using a light dumbbell. "Squeezing your knees inward" during a squat is EXTREMELY bad. if you want to work inner thighs, go do an inner thigh exercise my friend

Hi Scott just want to ask that does this exercise also tone our stomach muscles as well? I mean loose belly skin will get tighter with it?
@burritodog36342 жыл бұрын
no it is for the legs.
@curlycat39592 жыл бұрын
yes it does disregard the other persons comment it uses your core stabilizers so it will but you can’t lose belly skin you just have to clean up your diet
@burritodog36342 жыл бұрын
disregard the other comment. if you want to train core you should isolate it. light goblet squats wont do much.
