I made some massive changes to it. I am going to be changing the name as well. I have been testing it for the last 2 months. It is awesome. To be honest, I moved my ENTIRE studio as I am sure you are aware. It kinda spun all my projects out of control. Back on track now though :)

Not at all. You can always adjust the intensity of the exercise by doing a slower TEMPO. make sure you are going ATG as well

i'm not an evangelist for you scott, but i must admit this a very concise, straight to the point video on really hitting one of the most overlooked body parts with a very simple and controlled movement, never thought of using the dumbbell like that, good instruction(s) as well as explanation(s)...+1

I finally made the effort to measure my leg-to-height ratio. I'm 51% leg. No wonder I've been having difficulty squatting without a very wide stance.

Try having a much narrower stance, for some reason I’m able to hit full depth with a more narrow stance

Yes and no.. you might not be able to go as heavy... but will definitely help you aquire proper form as you work on wrist flexibility :)

Feed shoulder width apart. Shoulder blades retracted. Chin tucked in. Glutes squeezed entire time.

You can lock out at the top if you are in control of the movement.

bmr 1790, 1900cal a day 164lb, 180pro 70fat and 137carb (refeed 280 carb every 6 days). 300 cal LISS every other day and 10 rounds of 20 sec and 40 sec rest for HIIT every other day.

You don't need heavy dumbbells. In fact, you can use ANYTHING that you can properly hold infront of your body.. you don't "need" a dumbell

This is a demonstration video. The goal here is to teach form, not workout which is why I am using a light dumbbell. "Squeezing your knees inward" during a squat is EXTREMELY bad. if you want to work inner thighs, go do an inner thigh exercise my friend

That is possible. Maybe try a glove with padded palms to help reduce the weight on your hands?

I'm 52, my back is getting Injured every time i do squats. I'll either lower the weight, or start finding alternatives. It sucks getting old, i love my squats.

Julien, to be honest, you will always find people on both sides of this argument. At the end of the day you are going to have to make the decision. Proper form and staying in control will allow you to lockout without worry. :)

yes it does disregard the other persons comment it uses your core stabilizers so it will but you can’t lose belly skin you just have to clean up your diet
