Try soaking the whole corn in some dry milk mixed with water for about 15 to 3o minutes. in the oven or on the grill.. after cooking rubbed some butter and black peppers and a lite sprinkles of kosher salt The dry milk provide moisture and taste..try it I know will like it.

Herbert Williams I’ve done the milk and honey and the butter milk soak. I usually just soak the corn husk and all in ice water overnight with great results.

Bro all you have to do is just stay at it. I've never caught a KZbin channel this early that is destined for success and I mean it. Your production/editing value is through the roof, personality is awesome (even for a Yankee that drives a Ford) and instruction and input is short sweet and to the point I love it man. Much love from NC keep it going

How long was corn on the kettle?

I’m looking to buy a charcoal smoker/grill to go with the LPG grill. Curious what parts of a Weber Kettle work with the WSM. It would be nice to utilize the WSM as both. Hoping that many of the parts will work with each other. TY.
