If lamb chops taste like ribeye, then I'm all in! Those looked amazing Mike! Believe it or not, but I've never had lamb, other than the meat in a gyro and I think it was mixed with beef. I think it's time for me to buy some lamb chops after watching this!

Dude you gotta try them. I was amazed during my test cook. These are incredible. My daughter ate almost the whole rack every time I’ve made them lol.

You should really try lamb... I never had it til I turned 46 or 47... I bought a leg of lamb just because it was $4 a pound instead of $8 thought what the heck if its horrible I only lost $20 ... Thought it was just as good as prime rib... Seriously... I know your not afraid of garlic so find a good recipe and try it out

Try vinegar in marinade to get rid of gamy flavor.

That was great. I’ve watched you for a long time and it’s great to see you back and putting out these fantastic videos. I watched many vids on kettles and bought aSnS and so happy I did. You do great in instructions from start to finish. Thanks a lot. I’ve never cooked lamb but I think after this my SnS is going to try it.

I know it’s each to their own, but there is nothing like properly rendered and seared lamb fat. It is sweet and beautiful.

Nice one Mike. As a Brit I adore lamb, especially during the Easter time. Personally fresh rosemary and a grating of lemon zest would make all the difference in the rub. Great video though mate and happy Easter! #lambsthenwayforward

Xtra virgin olive oil. It has such a low smoke point. Would it not be better to use an oil with higher smoke point, concerning the sear ?
@RossPotts Жыл бұрын
Oh! 1-3 hours! Other video I saw, I thought the guy said 23 hours marinate, LOL! What do you think of adding smoke, while the chops get up to 115?

I love cooking on my grill 12 months of the year and the number one thing that I never cooked was lamb because I don't care for it but I was asked to prepare it for my Father in Law who loves lamb, Your video made me a rock star! Thank You so very much!

I would never put whole rosemary seeds onto any meat directly, you should always use ground rosemary for marinading purposes. This is a totally wrong way of doing it, the last thing anyone would want on their meat is a bunch of rosemary seeds.
