I had been using a pestle to grind nuts. But I also had a food processor that I didn't know how to use. After finding your video, I tried my processor and it worked so well in such a short time plus with less mess (the nuts in the pestle would fly allover as ground). Very good. And the idea of putting them in the freezer first worked perfectly. Thanks.
