I've noticed many articles start with a link that lets people read the article that article without a Medium account (otherwise, Medium will demand you sign up for an account to read the entire article). But, medium only monetizes length of time reading the article only *if* you're a subscriber. So, what do you think of this tactic?

It’s all engagement. If you add a CTA to your stories it will make ppl click away which could decrease engagement and reduce the number of reads. I haven’t really done that (excpet for one story where i have my video at the top) but that was already on a popular post that I created a longer video about…

My setup: iPhone for recording iMovie (Mac) for edits A random $50 mic I got somewhere Canva for visuals And if you are referring to blogs, just use a laptop to write.

​@@syedazhar2376If I can add my voice, the no. doesn't matter, a lot of things come into play one of the major ones being a catchy hookup title that triggers emotional response to click on your article, then inside your article, quality and format matters a lot!
