How to grow bean sprouts in 3 days! Without any soils!

Using a single towel, and in less than 3 days, you will grow and harvest your own fresh,fat, and juicy bean sprouts using mung beans!
Also at the end of the video, there will be a bean sprout recipe, how to cook bean sprouts...my way!
Just like microgreens, you need to have total blackout, and adding weights does the following:
-Higher germination rate (fewer duds)
-Faster germination
-Prevents the seeds from drying out.
-Keeps good contact with the seeds and towel
-The resistance when sprouting will loosen the hulls so your plants can shed them easier
-Roots dig deeper into the towel and give uniform growth.

Soak beans 8-12 hours Rinse well Soak a towel, squeeze towel so it doesn't drip Lay flat on a tray, single layer of beans on it Fold towel over beans to cover Place another tray on top, with a weight on top 24 hours, open up towel to check progress, replace all 48 hours, open and mist seeds and towel, fold towel again, and close up with turned over tray 60 hours, open and mist again, close up 70 hours, harvest.

Do you get all the roots out of the towel, or do you have to throw the towel out?

No, just srub it off with a brush ,..and the same towel can be reuse again

That is very very subjective. If your tap water is very crystal clear , then it should be fine!
