How do you re-use your coir for subsequent batches, in order to recycle it?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reuse your medium for microgreens. Too many pathogens that can get into the newly planted crops.

They look really good. Also, why dont you wear gloves? I've seen other growers stress the i portance of cleaning their hands and wearing gloves before harvesting, for sanitation. One last thing: can you tell me what kind of knife that is?
