Hi Peter, Love your Show. I haven't notices conversation on Temperature. I live in a year round cool climate. My living space averages 60*F. I have sopradic results. I took note of some garden seed packets that recommended germination at 80*f. I noticed that on damp chilly days, when I turned the furnace on, I had faster results... Do you temperature control your growing space. ?

What do you do with the left over coir and stems? Do you compost them?

Compost and also have a farm that comes and picks up for their chickens to feed off of.

Yield. I actually mix a little less than it says, cause otherwise they taste a tad salty.
