I would normally rush right over to Amazon and throw a recommended book into my shopping cart (and try to find a used, less expensive copy) but this time I’m going to have to pass! I love watching your videos daily and uncovering the mysteries of my health. I have had numerous issues with my eyes the past year. My eyelashes started growing wonky and I was getting eyelashes growing out inside of my eyelid. I’ve had to have my eye doctor yank out numerous ones which aren’t growing back. I also have blepharitis, on one eye in particular. I have tried everything including totally giving up eye make up. I just yesterday say your recommendation to use silver colloidal. Now why didn’t I think of that??? I have already started using organic castor oil (per your recommendation) instead of the ointment my eye doctor prescribed which didn’t seem effective at all. I have recently started taking your trace mineral. I do take zinc and a host of other vitamins, but I spent a long period of time during Covid stressing out and eating foods that were totally nutrient deficient. I am now doing healthy keto and IMF and trying to get my health back on track. All thanks to your guidance. Thank you for all that you do. You are a ice saver.

Yes, thanks Dr Berg, for buying a $250 book, especially since you can use it on the farm where you’re now living, and thanks for sharing! I appreciate it. About a year ago someone on Dr Berg’s site mentioned castor oil and to make sure it’s organic and doesn’t have solvents and hexane (petroleum products) in it. Well before this I was losing my eyebrows and eyelashes (not from plucking), so I started using castor oil and was already taking zinc. So while my eyelashes and eyebrows aren’t what they were when I was younger (probably because of over plucked them throughout the years, until I stopped about 20 years ago…) the hairs are thicker and softer and no longer falling out. So what Dr Berg is saying is true.

I'm a 75 year old guy.... I had a Condition from the time I was about 12 or 13 years old where I would pull my eyelashes out. I never knew why...but my eyes would water and get crusted up at night while I slept.... sometimes I would hardly have any lashes left at all and my eyes would be swollen and red. Somehow I managed to go thru nearly 60 years before I finally did something about it... and Strangely enough I now have long healthy eyelashes. About 4 or 5 years ago I bought some Castor oil and put it directly in, and on my eyes before going to sleep... within days my eyes started to get comfortable... not itch... and I haven't pulled one eyelash since. Remarkable !

Fascinating. In my 40's I noticed slight loss of hair in my eye brows and my lashes got thinner and seemed shorter. I chalked it up to peri-menopause and hormone changes. I was just accepting this until recently when I was diagnosed with blepheritis. Some research has turned up a connection with my rosacea, demodex mites and blepheritis. Can't get any traction with my doctor. However, my eye drops have castor oil in them and I took ivermectin to help with demodex mites as people with rosacea may be more sensitive to the mites. No lash growth yet but as I listen to your video I think it's worth exploring just to see if I can add some more things to my positive lifestyle changes that would benefit my body and possibly make it easier for me to retain the eyelashes I still have.
