@@HARRYJHEYY Actually, kheang22 did answer the question. The tree he grafted the cuttings to is a mango tree that he grew from a seed for 6 months. Once the seed had sprouted, he waited 6 months for the young tree to continue to grow a stock and roots, he then took cuttings from a mature mango tree (different than the one he grew from seed for 6 months) and grafted those cuttings onto the stock of the 6 month old tree. By doing this, he was able to get his young mango tree to produce fruit in 1-2 months.

This is called grafting, it still takes the same amount of time to get fruit as if your planting from seed, because the root stock is probably 3 or more years old. If you already have an older root stock, then yes you might be able to get fruit in as little as a year or two if you graft at the right time.
