@@kahombre6918 haha I don't even remember commenting this! But heres the progress, I improved myself and no longer is my self esteem attached to the way my face/beard/body looks. I improved self confidence relentlessly and now doesn't give a damn about what others think. Beard started growing, I did NOTHING. Just started fixing itself as I grew older and I keep it trimmed very short as it is still patchy. So thats it. Good luck mate!

Bud the best advice would be to simply eat less calories and move more. Eat dense foods and not high calorie non filling foods and try 10k steps a day. You can try Greg doucette he’s the best around in the fitness industry, you’ll get used to the shouting.... actually you’ll love the shouting.
