Thank you so much for your content! I tried to grow amaranth last year in the garden in a very Sunny spot and it didn't do well at all, and I'm wondering if it was because it was too Sunny after watching this video. I'm really glad I found your channel, it's helping me see where I went wrong with micro greens last winter.

They are definitely a little more sensitive to light as well as water!

How do you know when to move this one to the light? What are you looking for, or how many days total in blackout?

Can you do a video about the blackout what it’s
@Growingmicrogreens3 жыл бұрын
Blackout is simply turning the top tray over to create a dome keeping the microgreen in the dark allows it to grow height wise. Because it is “reaching” for light.

How do you determine the amount of seeds per tray?

what humidifiers do you use and what humidity should the room be for optimal growing conditions
@Growingmicrogreens2 жыл бұрын
We purchased a larger dehumidifier from lowes its a hisense 50 pint with a hose option so that you can keep it continuously draining instead of having to empty the tank. We keep our humidity between 45 to 50%.

Does the water have to be distilled or purified or does it even matter?

We just use tap water that we run through a brita filter
