@@bmase2648this was a long time ago but i’ll respond still. When you are partnered with over 10+ of the top carriers, it’s easier to sell the product to the lead. When it’s easier to sell, it’s easier to see the vision. Thus, new agents are likelier to succeed, which ultimately leads to retention and improved stability. I’ve been in both a captive and independent, the difference is absurd. Wasted nearly 8 months with Globe Life. haha

The people saying GREAT STUFF have no clue about pyramid schemes and it shows. Very fraudulent and dangerous way to do business. If you have agents that are growing enough to hire other agents - make them partner with you and grow respectively
