Mike how long would you give to go from 30% body fat to 10% whilst gaining a decent amount of muscle on the way?
@alcazar123456
@alcazar123456 3 ай бұрын
If you’re doing a body recomp (losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time) you should operate on a slight caloric deficit aiming to lose between .5-1pound a week (true body fat not water weight). You should also make sure to eat at minimum .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. 1 gram per pound is more optimal for a body recomp. If you use this protocol, you’ll steadily lose body fat and continue to make gains. I did this and lost about 15 pounds of body fat and got ripped and at the same time was hitting PR’s. The key is the high protein consumption even though you’re eating at a caloric deficit.
