Your humor is actually stand up class. Like it dry, like that. So hilarious. Even if I'm Swedish and have troubles following your fast talking. Besides. Your info is straight, accurate, and no wining long talk American bull shit and over informative, with just tooooo long explanations before coming to the point. Just perfect for an semi arctic Swedish older guy like me. I'm 60 and gained a lot of these tips. Thanks!

I cannot see why people have put even 1 thumbs down towards this video, what the comments make you sad? It's Fu@#ing bicep curls! what is there to thumbs down? You're learning a different variety of the curl than the basic crap you see everyone else do, amazing.

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Arms (bis especially) and back thickness are my biggest weaknesses. I'm on a legs, chest/shoulder/tris, back/bis split (twice/week, rest on Sunday) routine (arms always first in the workouts). I've switched to doing the basic ("meat and potato" movements in the first half of the week and then really isolating on the second half). So, for bis, I'm doing Ryan's workout with the seated cable curls (ascending/descending, which is absolutely IB enducing LOL, then I'm going focus on the outer peak only in my second bi work out of the week). See how that goes for about a month. Measure now then after. Ryan, we need a private FB group/community man!

Thats great to hear, I look forward to hearing about how that second half goes!

I've tried drag curls and never saw any results, maybe I'm doing something wrong, any recommendations?
@stuartkerbey29674 жыл бұрын
@@triforce156 hi there, I love doing a cluster set, preacher curls with an easy bar, stand straight up and use a straight bar, then straight into drag curls, keep the weight low, I use about 20 kilos. Each set your doing 30 to 40 reps, the drag curls really finish the biceps off, you will get good gains with this routine, twice a week..
@abprepboy334 жыл бұрын
@@triforce156 They dont work as well for me on cables..... but moderate weight is important (Basically you want to be able to complete multiple sets with zero momentum) and squeez at the top. Also flex your biceps up in the same motion between sets with no weight.

Someone asked about restoring hair from Ryan. Here’s something I got from Big Mike @therearchstation How to DYI: Topical Finasteride is hard to come by, but Proscar is not. If your doctor prescribes Proscar or generic finasterides for your androgenic conditions follow this guide to making your own cream. Ingredients: Minoxidil 2.0% 8floz Finasteride 5mg tablets 4x Coco butter 1 tub 7-8oz Materials: Mixing bowl 32oz or larger Mortar and pestle Hand held mixer Latex gloves Instructions: Crush 4x 5mg finasteride tablets finely add minoxidil 8 fluid oz to the 7-8 oz tub of palmer's cocobutter blend minoxidil solution and cocobutter until homogenous add crushed finasteride tablets to the solution (20mg total) mix thoroughly and then store in a ziplock bag at room temperature. Application: 1-2 tablespoons for 3-6 months (the longer the better) Results will vary between people using it depending on genetics.

I'd like to see a specific mid and lower trap vid too. Ryan does have several vids on rear delts and mentions certain tips to not engage your traps. If you dont follow the rear delt tips you'd be working your traps, but I am unsure if that would work the lower and mid traps, or just 1 of them.
@MT-sq3jo4 жыл бұрын
Lean forward when you do the shrugs, this change in angle will give your mid trap and other upper back muscles more emphasis. You can also do this leaning chest down against a high angle incline bench if you have lower back issues. Try different angles to find which one works best for you.
