Wassup Fam, I also have used Argan and Jojoba oil as well both of them together are literally growth changers. Pure Argan oil can be pricey but it’s worth it if you’re really invested.

try sleeping with a satin pillow case, or sleeping with a satin/silk bonnet. most other materials like cotton will absorb the moisture in your hair. you need to put a barrier in between the bad material (cotton polyester). that is what the satin/silk pillowcase/bonnet

For me, the only products I use are Head and Shoulders: Bare Shampoo and As I Am wash out conditioner. When I use the conditioner, I section my hair out and apply the conditioner to each section as I detangle it. Then I finger coil each section, and I can maintain defined curls for 2 weeks even as an athlete myself.
