Btw guys this really works. My nails are getting long and very strong. I have never in my years had nails to stay long for more than two weeks natural without any polish add to them. One thing I will say. U have to do this every other two days after your nails grow a certain point. Or it will be fragile again and break. Trimming helps then go back to this strategy. This really works. As u see how this lady views went up. I been following her for three yrs now. And I gotta say I've learned so much from her. I love her knowledge. It's the oil that does it. I'm a precision engineer and have changed jobs recently. I now cut metal with mineral oil instead of a water based coolant. I noticed that the nails on my left hand had started to grow twice as fast as my right. This is due to constantly picking up the wet oily components with my left hand and blowing of with an air gun with my right hand. I asked around and all the lads confirmed that they noticed it too!

I've been using only olive oil when I was in school, my mom use to remind me daily to massage my cuticles before going to bed daily. She used to do this when she was 20,now My nails are super healthy and long.

I saw somewhere that two teaspoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice works as well the cuticle oil in the video, tested it myself, works well :D

I have been using lemon oil, avocado oil, coconut oil and vitamin e oil. I heat this up and apply it to my cuticles every morning and night and my nails have never been as long and strong in all my life. I struggle with biting my nails constantly but this has helped them grow out long along with self control of course lol

I used to bit my nails as well but I stopped by starting to like seeing my nails a lot longer and prettier. Just don't bite them untill they grow, I did this by always having nail polish on my nails, and then you'll love the final result and don't bite them. That's what worked for me ahah x

I'm starting my nail growth journey using your remedy. I have a bad habit of bitting my nails and I want them long so I can get them done in nice designs. I'm on day 2 of my journey and notice my nails growing a bit. After the remedy I put on a No Bite nail polish that taste horrible if I bite my nails. I always take it off before doing my treatment. 30 minutes is long but in order to get nice looking nails like yours, it's definitely a good sacrifice to take!!

I cover my Nails in lemon juice from Lemons for around 15 minutes to help my Nails grow. When I bite my nails I will taste the sour lemon And pull my finger Away. After I'm done I just wipe my Hands. :3

you should have taken a picture of your nails over a cell phone perhaps that shows the date so we can see it was actually only 10 days. Otherwise how would we know for sure, it could have been 30 days and we have no way of knowing. But thank you and I will still give it a try and post my results
