I am using the blue cushion that came with my. J lab ear buds they fit in my ears better with the blue cushions if they have the black cushions on my j lab ear buds they fall out of my ears I got my j lab ears buds to work on my apple I pad but having trouble connecting them on to my Bluetooth MP3 player I have so I don,t know why it doesn't,t work on my Bluetooth MP3 player my dad said the j lab ear buds should be backwards compatible with Bluetooth 4 so I,m confused.

So far I just bought these a couple hours back and they have not worked a single second. I've charged them since then and once they are out of the box they don't even light up or blink. But in the box they blink some but no where near connecting to my phone. I'm aggravated for buying this after having a bad first experience with ever buying a jlab ear bud. I've try resetting the earbuds to eachother with no luck. I get the lights to blink each on and they match of out of the case. However I can't hear anything out the left one after doing this. I am going to try and charge them and see if that would make a difference. They are both have enough of a charge to work.

I've been having an issue pairing these, I've followed the video step by step and it still won't connect. Currently tapping the 4 times on both in the case does the blink blue then solid, ok. Take them out, both blink white then the right one, the light is completely off and the left continues to blink white. Do you know of any way to fix that?

Our earbuds will activate whichever smart assistant is the default of the device. You may be able to use the app IFTTT to find a way to trigger Alexa. Hope this helps!

Wish I would of read this before I bought mine yesterday. Almost 50 dollars down the drain and I can't return because I didn't keep the box or recite. This actually happened to both of mine. Almost got a new pair until I accidentally ripped out the screen trying to clean it and bingo music blasting. My screens where so clogged with earwax (hardly noticeable i might add) that's all it was. They didn't even look that dirty but I guess they're so small you don't really notice it. Now I just periodically clean them out with a qtip after using

I thought these were shit because they didn't appear to connect right away. I popped them back in the case, and then I saw them appear on my phone. I felt so disappointed, but then they worked. The bass is great, sound is clear, and the battery life is awesome. This is going to be epic for the gym.

Ok so like, I just got mine But when I took the stickers off I put them in the charger case again cuz I had to do something. I come back 10 minutes later, both earbuds are on but the left side flashes white every 2-5 seconds and the right side blinks blue 4 times every 10 seconds. Did I do something I shouldn't have?

When I first got them I only used the right one and they were great, I've started using the left one now too but I noticed that in the awareness mode it has an odd spongy sound whenever I press on it and the microphone picking up outside boise distorts the audio. So you have to use them both at the same time? You cant just use the left one by itself if you wanted to?

Correct, the Left earbud is connected to the Right whereas the Right earbud is connected to the device so in order to use the Left earbud you will also need to use the right. If you would like to use the Left earbud independently then you will need a pair of earbuds with Dual Connect. -Haley

I bought a pair about a month ago and they were working fine; out of nowhere the left bud stopped working. I reset them and I could hear that they were pairing/connecting to each other. The tapping demands were working but zero audio. I took them back to the store and replaced them. Now on the new pair the left bud is not working or charging at all, it blinks every now and them but never connects. When they are in the case the right bud is the only one with the blue light. When the case closes the blue light should indicate that the buds are charging, WELL, there is no blue light for the left bud. Case is fully charged. The right bud connects and tells me that is fully charged, I tried the reset method so many times and nothing!

These do not have Dual Connect technology therefore you can't use the Left without the Right. You can however use the Right without the Left because the Right is the "Parent" that connects to your device whereas the Left is the "Child" that connects to the Right bud. @@eh503 1. When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. While holding, earbud will flash blue and white. Release when earbud flashes white. 2. Hi Kenneth. Hm, that's definitely an unusual error!Let's try to reconnect them. 1. When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. While holding, earbud will flash blue and white. Release when earbud flashes white. 2. Repeat process with LEFT earbud: Press and hold 15+ seconds on earbud button. Release when earbud flashes white. These are not equipped with dual connect so you can not use the Left bud without the Right however you can use the Right independently as this is the one connected to your device. -Haley

Unfortunately, this model does not have dual connect function, therefore, you can't use both independently but you can use the Right without the Left -Haley

I have this issue where the right earbud works fine, but once I take out the left earbud, the audio starts to cutt off the way it does when the two earbuds are far away from each other. When I leave the left earbud idle, the right one is in the case, it flashes twice every few seconds. This is the second time that this has happened and it’s fairly annoying. Edit: basically if I move the earbuds more than 2 inches from each other, they start to cut off and disconnect.
