Check list for break up: 1. Remember to get all your pieces, put them in the bag. 2. Recompose yourself, get up and/or glue your pieces together. 3. Ask yourself, and be honest, what have you done wrong. 4. Learn from the experience, and from your answer. 5. Be thankful that it happened, because sometimes it is a blessing more than tragedy. 6. Start walking again, you are alive and well. 7. Grow a thick skin…it helps! 8. ...buy a coffee grinder.. 9. ...buy some good coffee beans… 10. ..enjoy and remember you are not alone!

To the young man who lost a love, I fell madly in love very young she had lost her mother and had to take a plane alone to start a new life in a new state with her mother's brother. She got off plane took a cab to my neighborhood and had wrong house number I'm working on my comaro in the driveway I look up and the most gorgeous woman I'd ever seen is walking up my driveway lost. It was like an answered prayer from the heavens things were great for the 1st year then it was like constantly fighting to keep her vested in me jewelery handbags hell I bought her 1st car all for fear of loosing her I managed to keep her in my life for over three years however she was really only mine the first year. She was young I was her 1st and guess she felt she needed to see what else was out there . I made myself miserable trying to keep her and was broken and defeated when she left for good. I was only 17 when we met and would have loved her and only her the rest of my days,I'm now 34 and I found a wonderful woman who beared 2 children for me and things are good. However my love for that girl has never died she was my first love and I will carry that with me for the rest of my days. Someone told me she got married and had a child last year which even after all these years hurt me to my core . Anyway young fella if it is ment to be it will be if not now you guys may meet again later in life but don't let yourself miss out on life and love hoping for something that may never come.

I also met this girl when I was 17, was her first and now after almost 3 years she broke up with me, (im turning 20) and I was and still am madly in love with her, but I guess its good to see the same situation from an older and wiser person, feels like im not alone out there. thank you for sharing!

I'm a firm believer that post break up, especially after losing someone you gave all your heart to, you need to focus on you. Improve yourself. Start a business. Find a career you're happy with and passionate about if you haven't got one. Most importantly- study philosophy. Learning and applying the different schools of thought can change your life.

George, excellent advice to the young man suffering from the breakup. As I am currently going through a divorce, what I am doing is focusing on rebuilding myself and becoming the best version of myself I can be. I also read, listen to podcasts and watch videos like the ones you put out to fill my mind with positive messages (though sometimes I do watch some MGTOW content, I try to limit it to just protecting myself from reoccurring themes in my life). Working the mind, body, and spirit...pushing yourself towards greatness...that helps overcome some of the pain. The rest...well, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. :)

Yo Bruno! I love the nugget about "pulling down the center" to hear the outsides of well-recorded audio. One of the gigs I've done on the side over the years was working as a recording studio mix engineer and mastering engineer. I can vouch with what you're saying, man. Using MS (Mid-Side) encoding is one way to treat the "center" and "sides" independently, when mastering (as well as to check your stereo spread, phasing, translation to "mono" (for weak FM signals, etc); you get the idea. I'm even hearing some voice-over artists playing around with creating "ghost" clones of their voices (to pan to the L and R sides, with slight delays) to give that big "radio voice" effect without having a world-class studio. Have a great (but cold) day, my friend! But first... coffee.

12:30 While by no means legally binding, those kind of contracts are popular in the BDSM Community for hammering out the details of the kink Dynamic. They detail the Hard & Soft Limits of kink Scenes, as well as what is expected of the Dom/me/Top and sub/bottom. Not EVERY dynamic needs them, but some couples see them as a private, non-legal kink version of a marriage License. Never used one, personally, but I wouldn't be opposed to one if it would somehow enhance the relationship. That response to that writer at the end will be helpful to a LO tof people here! Cheers from the 2020 Quarantine!

It's not that hard to improve yourself, it's quite simple. Start training every day in a form that is effective and practical: combat disciplines ( BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing), strongman or caveman training and not lazy ass machine exercises, even CrossFit is welcomed ( I am not a fan of it), running, bodyweight etc. Start eating good foods, learn what to buy, what to eat, how to cook...it's not that hard. Use the 80-20 rule. Start getting sleep. Enough of it. Stop watching bullshit media, even Netflix and HBO GO or Prime have now some shitty movies and shows that they made. The older ones are much better, but don't binge on them. Start reading or use audiobooks, practical alternative. Research in terms of style, grooming, clothes and so on and so forth. And the most important thing of them all: BE PATIENT!
