How to Handle Negative Thoughts by Grant Cardone
I look forward to your comments
I learned how to manage my self-talk. What you say to yourself every day has great affected the outcome of your life. Until I was able to get rid of all the sabotaging limited thinking I had to discipline myself to counter my negative and limiting beliefs.
Let me know in comments if you have struggled with this. Until I finally discovered how to get rid of my negative thoughts without drugs or self-medicated I was plagued with limited thinking I had inherited and adopted from my surroundings.
I hope you benefit from this video. Look forward to your comments.

"When I started winning..." YES!!! I've been telling people that. Everybody's been telling me to take antidepressants. I said, "No". I don't want to feel better until I do better. I need to win. I will win!

Fuck yeah my man! I think that if I went to psychiatrist he or she would give me pills, that's all they know how to do - give you antidepressants. I would rather die, than artifficially change my state of mind with pills. I want to do it the hard way. I wanna make it, I want to help people like this guy, I want to do difficult things, succeed and be proud of myself

Grant is speaking about the "Doctrine of Poverty". The ways in which we have been brainwashed over the years with the "Doctrine of Poverty", the language of poverty, of lack. We have to learn the Language of Wealth to train ourselves and our families, our offspring to be wealthy.

5 years later, I found this and started listening to it again. All the negative bs melts away… no matter what the religion or politics… this is still true, awesome and amazing… and I share these things with my team. Don’t let others steel your lunch, and don’t let the naysayers speak into your life. The past is dead, buried and in the ground. We can begin renewed again, today. I choose wisdom now and put off all the foolishness of my past life. Too many people counting on me to have negative thoughts, or fail.

I think the book you are referring to is: What say when you talk to yourself by Shad Helmstetter... I had the same experience... I read it for a bit, but didn't like it so didn't finish it, but got exactly the same concepts out of it... Our mind is like a Garden, you need to actively remove all this "slow down"; "you need to be talented in order to excel"; "it is not about what you know, but who you know" - all this garbage is just brakes on your potential... My top phrases are: "I love myself" - acts like a self-esteem pump, so you don't need external approval; "If it's to be, it is up to me, I am unstoppable"; "Things don't happen to me; they happen because of me- I am the master of my fate, the captain of my soul"... Remember: Humans are like diamonds... in raw shape they look like average rocks, but through pressure and training - you too become a diamond! Thank you GC for being alive, you made my life so much better... I owe you big time.

Yes! Self talk is super important specially its content. It is so easy to swing into negative self talk specially if you do not talk to many people a day. I did find out that the more social you are the less neg self talk you will generate. Simply because you don't have the time to negativise!!

I made my bed yesterday morning and I made my bed this morning when I woke up. I just made it home from another 12-13 hour day (Ubering, Executive Chef, Account Executive for a credit card processing company) This morning is my last day smoking weed and waisting time with negative friends who hate me for who I'm destined to become. Grant, looking forward to crossing paths with you one day. I'm no longer on social media because I shine way too bright and I want to be legit when I hit the record button just like you Mr. Cardone. My mission is to show other people how to become financially independent. I have not reached this goal myself, but I will. And when I get there, I'll have the experience, information, and time. Thank-you Mr. Cardone. I hope others will understand the importance of making their beds in the morning. I believe if I can systematically handle the small areas of my life, I will be capable of handling the big fish someday. Patience + Action= Everything your heart desires

+Christine Ward yes HBO loves to make money as well. All the people at the church seemed happy. Look at grant in one of his streams he even said himself Scientology is responsible for at least 90% of his success. I wouldn't believe everything you see on the internet.

Great video. Great content. I am currently reading “As a man thinketh” by James Allen, so this is definitely a propos. PS: Love the artwork 😉

Grant, your words mean so much to me. I am just about to turn 30 years old, and when I look at you I believe I see my future self. All my life, I have failed countless times because I've become so used to talking negatively to myself, believing that I have haters, seeing actual haters and being afraid of them, being afraid of rejection, being afraid of failure, and now I truly believe that I can be in full control. I have always had the potential, but I needed to learn what to do with it. Please don't stop what you're doing, someone like me starts believing in themselves once they listen to the things that you have to say. Thank you.

Mr. Cardone. I finally love you! This is real sober talk ... your Spirit talking to mine. Makes me get out of my skin and look at myself from above! Good stuff. I am self employed and been through stuff in my 15 years in business life ... this message is super important and ground zero for success. It is easy to get pulled into the forces of negative self talk. Effective and genuine message !! Thank u sir!

postulates man...any statement whether good or bad on yourself is effective. I changed my thinking reading books and now I look at things very differently. I always focus on what I want and I tell myself things I can do and what I'm capable off even though it might be difficult. thanks GC!

Thanks for sharing! I am glad I came across you. I am older, but ready to be rich. I have worked my life, but definitely not where I would like to be. I know that I have more on the inside of me. I just have to manifest it. Thank you for transparency and words of encouragement!

I start my own business and yesterday had a meeting with a person that would advice me in business, I asked if I can, at the end of every year invest some so I don't have to pay tax or much tax, he said it was impossible because after a few year they would ask were the money is and I would get in trouble, I don't wanna do illegal things but feel there must be a way to pay as less as possible, I know rich people are smart at this like you are. I live in Europe by the way.

Grant, you’re such a sweetheart. I say this because of how much you want to help people... sincerely. You’re helping me. At a point in my life that I haven’t been in since I was a kid living out of my car. Now... I’m not living out of my car today, but I’ve got some serious business to take care of. Watching this and your other video about “your job is to find a job” has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Haven’t found a job in 36 hours, but I’ve had more success in the last week than I’ve had over the past three month’s. And I just want to say thank you! 😊

Your videos are great Mr.G You have no idea how many people you help just by you talking to them. You already helped me. I have only known of you about 2 months ago, I wish I looked you up sooner. I tell people about you all the time to try and help them too. I "beat the sun up" now every day, I work out and watch what I eat, I talk and walk with confidence, I read and write every day. Some people may think you are crazy but in reality people are crazy not to invest in them selves with you man. My life has been improved and just for that I am thankful. Thanks Mr.G
