Great video. I have being selling for years. The key is to being able to relate to your customer and never talk down to them. Treat the customer as how you would be wanted to be treated. I also ask opened ended questions and I always thank the customer for their time on the phone. Another key is to connect with your customer. Ask them about their day, show interest. I have made a lot of calls as a customer and the amount of sales people who show no interest to (me as the customer is amazing)
@yoericktv96105 жыл бұрын
I counted about 20 people in that room. If they made 2K calls, that means each salesperson talked to at least 100 that day alone. I worked in customer service for Bell and Verizon, I averaged about 60 to 70 calls and my conversion rate was about 20% on good days and 5% on bad days. Looking back now, I know I could have done better. I could have also chosen a product that yielded greater rewards and that would have served as a great incentive. I guess all I'm trying to say is STEP YOUR GAME UP! Use fear as energy to fuel your ambitions and take you beyond your imagination. Good luck, cheers!

Grant is the real deal. He pushes, but knows when to give, give and give some more in order to keep the lines of communication open. He cares about his brand so much that he doesn't want his sales team creating a couple thousand negative interactions a day multiplied over time that will inevitably tarnish his ability to scale worldwide. Very smart to think this way and protect what he has worked so hard to build. Once the reputation is destroyed, it's over.

Thank You, everyone on KZbin for your time and expert advice. My door-to-door sales will include physical products, like soap and books. What they see is what they get. Use the ring cameras to your advantage with signs - showing products and or services at the door before prospects answer. Look for unwelcoming signs to stay away from and always wear a mask around your chin. Be ready to put it on out of respect for homeowners/prospects. We must adapt to the new ways of the world.

Grant .. Send your team on a star sign course.. Natural Charateristics of people.. Gemini's love fast living.. you wanna red Porche, this plan wil buy you 3! for capricorns - they love stability, long term deals will appeal to those, Sagitario's are born worriers, so go down the peace of mind route.. it works every time, just find out what their star sign is and away you go ! Listen to the guys voice on the phone, it will fluctuate from being interested to dis-interested, remember what made his voice excited and concentrate on that cus thats what he/she wants to know more about, get to know him, build up trust, whats his hobby, take it off the point for a few mins, then bring him back into play.
