I had a coach tell me once that if I wasn’t losing weight to just cut my dinner or lunch in half. She said that counting calories can be way off. So what ever you are eating is too much so just start cutting what you eat…if you are already eating pretty healthy. Oh yeah and don’t eat between meals.
