I was not stopped for a traffic stop I will stop at a McDonald's because the line was too long and I fell asleep McDonald's called police police came knocked on the window got me out went from there to my first offense DUI

THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO MAKE THIS VIDEO I AM CURRENTLY CHARGED WITH A DUID IN CALIFORNIA I WAS APPROACHED WHILE PARKED IN A PARKING LOT BY A CHP THAT SAID HE HAD A 911 CALL ABOUT A BLACK CAR NOW AT MY ARRAIGNMENT MY PUBLIC DEFENDER WANTED ME TO PLEAD GUILTY BECAUSE MY BLOOD TEST SHOWED HIGH LEVEL OF METH HE HAS ONLY SPOKEN TO ME ONCE FOR 2 MINUTES WHICH IS AT MY FIRST COURT DATE NOW I HAVE A PRETRIAL IN JUNE I WISH HE WOULD BEFORE THAT AT LEAST MEET ME AND GO OVER DISCOVERY I DONT THINK HE WILL DEFEND ME IF I GO TO TRIAL
