The lawn and landscape looks great ... you will see some good results over time with the humic acid ... it takes a good bit of also try running some cold water kelp with your... the combo is amazing for root growth and tons of other benefits

You have that centipede looking great, I have one acre of centipede in NC. I used The Andersons Humic DG (granular) last November in my front yard only just to test it and it really made a big difference with the soil. Good videos.

ken howorth depends on what your soil test says- but in general it’s best to “ spoon feed” nitrogen in a couple applications of 1/2- 1 lb N per app and no phosphorus.

ken howorth I’ve used Espoma Lawn food. Gonna try Ringer Safer this year. Chelates iron and humic/ fulvic acid- these are good in general.

Nutsedge sucks. Been battling it for 3 years. This year I went with CERTAINTY and DISMISS SOUTH. Not cheap but it's gone. Hopefully for good but won't know until next year.
