"In all honesty if you're not a believer in Jesus Christ you should just let these elements pass by"... I'm a believer, and have been to many churches, and have never seen a pastor say such words during communion. Greg, do you understand what a difficult position those words may put on people that are there searching? One may think, after those words, if I don't take communion then people might be staring at me like "what are you doing here?", and if I do take communion, then I might be guilty of sin. Yes, Paul was right, but in the end, shouldn't it be up to the individual, not up to the pastor to decide, because this approach can actually make people searching leave, rather than stay when they start feeling unwelcome.

Thank you Jehovah God!!! I am severely disabled and basically homebound. I couldn't go over to a neighbors to eat as I ICE 14 hours a day. I have to get up and down because 2 of my discs are ruptured. But...a lady asked if I wanted a meal. Another who I had given food to is going to bring me some turkey and...Also, I called in 211 to get a delivery from a gathering where poor or solo people go for the free Thanksgiving meal. Amen. I have had HELL from my evil neighbors and mgmt. I got an envelope yesterday with a pic of my wheelchair-unfolded-outside and they say it is a "violation". It is hatred. It was given to me as mgmt. left. "Have a nice Thanksgiving." What hypocrites. Still....Thank God. With or without the food. Because I am saved. Amen. I pray all of my brothers and sisters in Christ are thankful. We are blessed. No matter what. Psalm 100. The psalm of thanksgiving. Thank you pastor Laurie/
