My body wakes me up between 5:00 and 5:30 am too and even though my girls are grown up and on their own, it's also my favorite time of day. Reading, writing, walking or working out before my husband wakes up. You've helped me so much with your meal-prepping outlines and recipes. I've been trying for over three years to eat more plants and never knew that prep was the game changer. God bless you and I thank you. xo karen

Great morning routine to start the day in the perfect mood. I get up at five as well and hope every day that I find at least 15 min for myself because my five year old is likewise an early bird. So usually instead of having time for myself I have to entertain him so that he doesn‘t wake up my husband. Hope our second one, who is on her way, will not be an early bird too.
@TheConscientiousEater2 жыл бұрын

Usually I’d be the opposite when it comes to B12 and would be making sure I get enough! But I’m currently trying to heal my skin (yay adult acne!) and b12 has been found to be a trigger. So I’m trying to not eat it just for a season. I definitely don’t recommend that for others though, especially if you’re on a plant based, vegan diet ☺️

Why are you removing B-12? I'm a bit confused.
