Salty sautéed/panseared tofu is seriously one of my all-time favorite foods! I don’t even use oil. I just cook it on medium heat in a really good nonstick pan and it browns up beautifully.

The red pepper sauce was so easy and felt so fancy, I didn’t have cauliflower so roasted Brussels sprouts instead. Might try adding spinach tomorrow to left overs, For the cilantro lime sauce, I accidentally dumped waay too much salt in, wound up practically doubling the recipe and adding an avocado to help it along, salvageable thank goodness! Discovered it’s great mixed in with pasta as a sauce. Thanks for the versatility of these meals!!

I just wanted to second this, it was really helpful to have it all on the screen for easy viewing. 😊 While I always appreciate that you include a link to your recipes I find because of the continuous ads loading all the time that slows the page from loading quite a bit and makes it difficult and a lot slower to get the recipes that I want. I understand that you need the ads for revenue to help run your channel but I find them very distracting as they're popping up all the time, makes it very distracting with all the extra movement on the screen and hard to focus on just trying to read the recipe, so this way is much easier, thank you! 🙏

Those recipes look so delicious. What can I use instead of cashews? I am allergic to those and to peanuts. Can I just omit them, or if I needed the creaminess, use oat cream instead?

For the soups and pasta, I’d try oat or soy cream if you can find it. For the cilantro lime sauce, maybe try some vegan Mayo or sour cream or silken tofu??
or you could try hemp seeds, for the creamy texture

I know in a lot of her “what I eat in a week” videos she’ll make tofu for the rest of her family and then just not eat it herself. Also, for a lot of food related health issues that are not true allergies, the problem is in the amount. Maybe she’s experimenting to see how much she can tolerate.

They answered well! I wasn’t super clear in the video. I made that tofu for my family and just showed my husbands portion. I’m trying soy in small amounts again (like soy sauce in sauces etc), but have yet to eat a bunch of tofu at once!
