Hi Leah! I love your videos! I am currently a registered nurse in med surg as well. I am 5 months in my residency. 1 month off preceptorship. I am grateful and so happy to be here after the hard work to become a nurse. I know I still have so much to learn. My unit and team are so supportive and work together so that is a positive side. I am not enjoying the hospital setting or med surg so much. I would like to at least get my 1 year in med surg before switching to a specialty. How do you stay motivated? Thank you for all your content and just being you! 💜
