1. Declutter 2. Rest 3. Have self-respect and set boundaries in relationships 4. Incorporate typically feminine things into your life (and don't be afraid of what people might say) 5. Identify your fears, triggers and goals

Setting boundaries really is important, especially for those of us in any kind of feminine caretaking roles. I’ve learned that boundaries genuinely do help everyone, not just the person setting them. ❤️ You cannot pour from an empty cup, etc.

I didn’t really feel at home in my skin until I turned 30. So if you are still young and working on yourself, don’t stress. It’ll come. My 20s were really my learning period and then 30 came (and now 33) and everything I learned about being a woman and ladylike just clicked. I thank my mom every day for teaching me to be classy and to behave with dignity. I didn’t appreciate it as a younger woman but now, I am soooo glad that I know how to conduct myself in a way that shows respect for myself, my husband and anyone else I encounter.

I've been dressing alternative for years and I am a professional mermaid for work. I love it! But I have also been wanting to try more "normal" looks, since I don't want to feel like a side-show 24/7. Your videos have given me the courage to try some different, more feminine styles. I'm proud to say that I bought and wore a red sweater dress to my man's Christmas work party yesterday. It felt nice to look like a lady rather than a performer for a change. 🖤

i remember watching you're videos back when I was 18/19, and I learned so much from you. You are one of the OGs. Your advice is invaluable and I resonate with you more compared to these newer "feminine" youtubers, since you share things from a Christian perspective

I’m a newlywed wife of two years, new mom, and homemaker and my glow up started right after I had my daughter (4 months ago). Now, four months later, I’m thriving as never before, and my femininity journey has become a fun and fruitful experience ever since. Caitlin, I’ve been learning from and inspired by your content for several years, even before I was good at any of this and everything seemed so foreign and overwhelming (or even inaccessible). I think of you as one of my best role models for femininity, along with my beloved grandmother. I’ve never commented on any videos before, but I want to share that I was recently told by a longtime friend of mine that I am the feminine role model in her life. It was one of the biggest compliments I ever could have received and I’m truly grateful to be able to tell you that I learned so much from you! My friend and I are both reflecting and collaborating on ways to raise our daughters in their femininity. My husband is in the Army on a nine month deployment and we will soon be together again as a family. ❤

This video comes at just the right time for me! I recently gained 20 pounds out of nowhere (no diet change, no difference in exercise or sleep) after working super hard to lose 80 pounds in the last two years. I'm still at an okay weight but I feel extremely uncomfortable and can barely look at myself in the mirror. I hope to lose weight again but I'm sure implementing some of your tips can help my mental state! I started a hair care routine last week which was a blessing. I do daily bible readings and praying has helped a ton. But having a Christian sister share tips is really the cherry on top. Love your advice!

@@maike4833 a few years back I gained around 30lbs seemingly out of thin air over the course of a year. I had only made one small diet change which was using regular pasta instead of wholegrain pasta (so I ate just a little more every time because the regular pasta is not as filing and not as rich in fibers) and that small change was enough to tip the scale for me. So it might just be a tiny thing, but even 50kcal-100kcal extra each day can make you gain weight consistently. Anyway, best of luck to you, you can do this! :)
