Hey Elvin, I'm really struggling with finding my purpose, especially with the third lesson in your video. I’ve tried so many things-drawing, sports, programming, writing-but nothing seems to make me truly happy. For the last two years, I’ve been learning programming, but I’ve realized it’s not my passion. I’ve been searching really hard for an answer, but I just can’t seem to find it. I’ve watched countless videos and tried different methods, like the question, “If no one knew and I couldn’t get credit for what I was about to do, would I still do _____?” But I still don’t have an answer. Can you help? Maybe create a video about finding purpose?

Many times purpose is more about what we do for others than what we do for ourselves

I came across this statement today and think it might help you.. If you don't know what to pursue in life right now PURSUE YOURSELF. Pursue becoming the Healthiest, Happiest, Most Confident version of yourself. Then the right path might reveal itself.

I have a question. I am assigned to write an essay between 200 - 300 words, interview 5 entrepreneurs orangel investors, ask them how they feel about taking venture capital or angel money, what they feel are the advantages and disadvantages , and write down what I learned. I was wondering if you could be one of these people I interview, if you could respond to my comment with your response to these questions

what about those with highly unpredictable work schedule, such as seafarers?... how can the routine and rest part be applied?
@chronoprakriti1228 күн бұрын
For individuals with highly unpredictable schedules, such as seafarers, it can be challenging to maintain a consistent routine. However, there are ways to improve circadian alignment despite the irregularity. One approach is to focus on optimizing sleep environments (dark, quiet, and cool spaces) and using light exposure strategically to help regulate your internal clock. For example, using natural light or light therapy during waking hours and avoiding blue light before sleep can help maintain some balance. Small adjustments to meal timing and trying to have consistent sleep and wake times whenever possible, even in shorter durations, can also support better circadian health.

This doesn’t work when you’re on a 24 on 48hrs off EMS shift schedule 😭
@rayzerot26 күн бұрын
... wut? That's the perfect example of sprint, rest, sprint that the video was talking about
@chronoprakriti1228 күн бұрын
You're right-working a 24-hour on, 48-hour off EMS schedule can make it really tough to maintain a regular sleep pattern. In these cases, it's important to focus on maximizing sleep quality and optimizing your rest during off hours. Incorporating strategies like power naps, maintaining a consistent wind-down routine, and aligning your sleep as closely as possible to your natural circadian rhythm on off days can help. It’s not easy, but small adjustments can make a big difference in how rested you feel

8 hours of sleep? Come on !!
@chronoprakriti1228 күн бұрын
While 8 hours is often recommended, it's true that everyone's sleep needs can vary based on their chronotype and lifestyle. Some people may feel fully rested with less sleep, while others need more. The key is aligning your sleep schedule with your body's natural circadian rhythm to ensure you're getting quality rest that supports your overall health!

@rayzerot26 күн бұрын
Bro. Don't simp. You can't tell how beautiful and caring someone is by how they read a script. Just look at the numerous actresses that play loveable characters but are horrendous to the cast and crew once the cameras are turned off. Same goes for men
