Good breakdown, but thin on details, eg: 1 includes 1440, 2 includes Pomadoro etc. PLUS if you run this at 1.75 speed it only wastes about 20 minutes to watch! :)

Even if 40% of to-do list tasks are never completed, the 60% that do probably represent a whole lot more productive and priority-ordered stuff than would be done without the list. The list keeps you from losing sight of your objectives, and because it relieves you from overwhelming your mind with ideas, you give yourself more freedom to write more down on the list, thinking "If I ever do have time, that's what I'd like to get done next".

Love this! Kevins was one of the first podcasts I listened to on the start of my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve scooped up many of these tips over the years the last decade and use them daily. It’s great to hear them all in place. I’ve been doing it so long it’s become automatic and hearing like this reminds me like “oh yeah, I do that” lol

This is so oriented to capitalist productivity. Humans do not need to be productive. Focus is healthy to nurture, but it’s important to focus on things that enrich your life, not your corporations.

we live in a world of limited resources. Sure, productivity isn't a requirement, but productivity and efficiency is important regardless bc of limited resources, whether that be time, money, raw materials, food, clean water, elec, etc it can be any task, cooking, cleaning, painting a house, getting chores done. And ofc productivity/efficiency is useful in goods production, such as making /growing crops and food for people if you can be more efficient, produce the same results with less (assuming done in an ethical matter), why wouldn't that be a good thing to pursue?
