I blame myself for all the osteopaths i had work on my painful neck(maybe causing the instability) since childhood due to another condition i now understand i have had . One spur is on my spinal cord and im scared. But you give me hope. Apple cider vinegar is a must for me now. I looked up hip bone spurs because my almost 41 year old daughter was just diagnosed with bone spurs on her hips. She has a 5 year old girl and 14 month old girl and hips gave her many problems during pregnancy. She exercises every day and does her recovery exercises as well. She does a lot of Zumba as well as teaching it. Wondering if that’s not helping her symptoms. She says if she doesn’t exercise she’s in constant pain so it makes her feel better. She’s not heavyset and has already lost 25 pounds from the last baby. She is also pre arthritic. Thank you for this great video and I just adore all your videos and advice! ❤

Good tips! FYI, some chronic bacteria lead to bone cysts. Body traps bacteria in cysts it doesn't have energy to kill yet (just as it does with all cysts). And some bacteria hide from the immune system in cysts too. Sulphur kills some of these kinds of bacteria, which is why epsom salts might work (made of sulphur). Most of these infections are acidic (bacteria create acidity) so alkaline magnesium (or foods) also helps. Many of those veggies are sulphur-based too. ACV is great! It also kills some of these bacteria...nice video.

ACV has done wonderful things for me. I had a fungal infection under the nail of a big toe and when I started taking ACV the infection went away and the nail is just like it was before. Nothing else I had tried worked. I had a painful bump right in the middle of the arch of my right foot, on one of the ligaments. Coincidentally with the fungal infection, that also went away after I started taking ACV. I mean folks I put ACV on everything. My salad dressing is ACV and OIlive oil. I put ACV on everything I cook or eat raw. Instead of Jam I use ACV. First thing in the AM a glass of water with ACV. And make sure you get natural ACV with the mother.

For inflammation, I just started taking CBD oil. It’s been a miracle. The inflammation has subsided within one week of use. I’ve had forward head posture issues for decades and symptoms have gotten progressively worse over the last 10 years. Was trying to avoid surgery, but have been rethinking giving in, until now. Been doing chin tucks, door frame stretches, etc, etc, with no real results until now. You MUST get the inflammation down. Best of luck out there!!

TJ Walker what is CBD oil?
@tjwalker9607 жыл бұрын
Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of over 85 cannabinoids presently identified in the cannabis plant and is the second most abundant cannabinoid in marijuana after THC. In hemp, however, THC is only present in trace amounts, while CBD dominates the plant’s makeup. CBD interacts with our naturally occurring systems, but is non-psychotropic, it doesn’t cause a high. This makes it a safer, less controversial alternative, while still offering significant health benefits. Medicinal marijuana. ...and yes, it’s legal in all 50 states and can be purchased on-line.

The brand I bought is Real Scientific Hemp Oil (RSHO-X). It is 1000mg per 4 oz bottle. The dosage is 3/4 tbsp, twice daily. Which delivers 31mg CBD per dose. I’m by no means an expert in this. This is my first use of it. It has worked for me for inflammation, but may not work for other types of pain. Please do research. There is plenty of info on youtube and google search. Merry Christmas and God bless you for a New, and hopefully pain free, Year in 2018!

Just found out I have bone spurs in the heel and neck. I’m definitely not overweight. I weigh only 130 lbs. also I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar every morning for years. Still I developed these bone spurs. I believe it was caused by vitamin D supplementation without taking the appropriate vitamin K and magnesium supplements to go with it. I have just found out about this and am learning about it. Taking high doses of vitamin D to bring levels up without adding vitamin k and magnesium will cause the calcium to deposit in the wrong places. I’m just learning about this so I’m not sure I’m explaining it correctly but I do believe this was my problem and why I developed these spurs. Now I have to figure out how to reverse this because I don’t think adding more ACV is going to help that much seeing as I already take it.

Thank you so so much for sharing your knowledge, you are a true miracle in my eyes. Along with my mom who has been telling me to heal using the same ingredients in many of your videos. It's time to wake up and listen, the pain and inflammation has become too much. I will be making it a great day everyday!

I was in an accident and 2003 and ultimately I ended up with artificial knees an artificial hip and I had to have ten pins put in my back with four bones replaced. I have been using apple cider vinegar with the mother in it for many years. I am 72 years old and I feel great. When I start to feel bad I know that I've done a No-No and I forgot to drink my apple cider vinegar on a regular basis. I take a 32 oz or 28 Oz tumbler fill it with water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and I'm good to go. I also take tumeric. These are all definitely good for us to keep mobile and eliminate Pain. By the way I am also a massage therapist and I know about the bones and the muscles. God bless and have a great journey on this Earth

This was such a informative video. Thank you so very much. I developed bone spurs and muscle damage after the covid vaccines. I had to have shoulder surgery. Wondering what your thoughts are. I know it’s a sensitive subject. But I never ever had a problem before the vaccines

Of course you had no issues before the JAB! Maybe you shouldn't have gotten the JAB! Did you learn anything?

Same with my stepdad. His body got so inflamed. Bunions, spurs, tendon pain, inflammation of his bronchial tubes. All brand new issues. Ironically, right after he got it, (within 3 months) my mom ,who did not get it, was diagnosed with Breast cancer. (The kind that isn’t affected by hormones). I think him shedding the Vx could be related to her diagnosis. This is what happens when they use humans as Guinea pigs! 😡 Question everything!!

The vax has nothing to do with your unrelated health issues. Please stop.

You are amazing. And a great remindet about food as healing. I started juicing more than a decade ago for liver issues, got away from it, but it is worth doing again now that I am older and wish to retain my optimum level of health.
