When we possess our health, we are as beautiful as we can be (on the outside, at least). You are a real beauty, and because you put out helpful videos like this, I am certain you are beautiful on the inside as well. Thank you for your kindness. Bonnie

Wow. The redness around the eyes is something that I had been experiencing until I made some olive oil, bees wax and honey balm. The balm really helps but my diet needs to be adjusted as well. I just listened to your 30 minute video on eczema. I knew there was more to it than just skin treatments. Thanks for all the videos! Very helpful.

Thank you so much for this great video! This video is applicable even for those who don’t suffer from eczema but any skin condition. It is important to treat the underlying issue and not focus all your energy on finding a miracle skincare product (which I have also been guilty in the past of doing ) because, as you said, it does not exist it all starts with gut health!

Great informative video. Thankful I have not had to experience eczema, and I certainly have empathy for you what you had to go through and for anyone experiencing it now. For you, I feel you were meant to have that condition as it brought you to where you are today. Have a great day.

I am currently struggling with it, it's so frustrating listening to people that try and push veganism on to others when they are looking for some kind of hope this channel promotes a Paleo diet which I have been following and mine has definitely got better.

What should I apply to my skin on my face to help with the dryness, jojoba or shea butter? Should I exfoliate it? I am vegan, what should I avoid internally?

It is an awesome exclusive guide for beating eczema without the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend Sam at very last got excellent success with it.

The random allergy with foods is what I have some times on top of my skin issues. One day I can eat a nut or apple and be fine then the next day I start to have an allergy attack. I am going to go buy probiotics as soon as I can.

Its been a while since you posted this video) but still I have a question. Some people in comments write that their skin cleared up after 2 weeks, or 4 days.... Its been 2 months since I eliminated sugar, dairy, gluten , eggs, took probiotic and right now taking L-glutamine, but unfortunately there are not much changes. Does it mean it didnt work for me?

Nothing topical helped me and I had a healthy diet. I went to see a dermatologist and he told me that my imune system was over active and the eczema was a bi-product of my body fighting an alergy. He prescribed an emune serpressant for me, which was the only thing that worked.

Sadly- I’ve tried all your recommendations- to no avail. 😔 the only thing that works for me is betamethadone ointment...2-3 days and my eczema is GONE. it’s steroid, & I wish I didn’t have to use it but I’ve tried omitting the trigger foods, the topical lotions/ointments & so on. It just stinks, it’s embarrassing & it’s only on my fingers- especially during these Covid times are tough because all of us are washing our hands over and over...ugh

I've only just found your videos. Had a lot of time on my hands so I thought I'd try doing some research on Eczema. I live in the UK and its winter now. I think the cold had made my Eczema worse but I've just ordered an air humidifier. Hopefully that will help. I am interested in how I can heal my gut. Because you have mentioned this. Would Probiotic tablets work?
@amy_rene7 жыл бұрын
Yes environmental factors can certainly make things worse, so keep up the moisturisers. A humidifier is also a great idea! Probiotic supplements are great for rebalancing the immune system and rebuilding the gut - exactly what we need when dealing with eczema! Just make sure you choose a supplement with 20+ billion organisms. Best of luck!

I never eat processed sugar. Guess what I still have bad eczema. I don't eat either dairy or eggs either. I used to eat a little farro. I cut that out. But I still have really bad eczema. I take regular probiotics and that doesn't solve the problem either.

I have had eczema on my palms for 10 years. I have not been to a Naturopath in at least 7 years. Do you recommend talking a probiotic and trying to heal yourself naturally or is this something where you would need help with a Naturopath?
@amy_rene6 жыл бұрын
Hi Alisha. It's completely possible to heal yourself naturally, but if you're looking for more structure and guidance (and you think that would motivate you further as well) then definitely look for the support of an experienced naturopath who works with digestive issues :)

Hey Jacquelyn! We just answered this in our recent Q&A video... but no I avoided all sugars when I started out (except some fruit). So I took out honey and other sweeteners like coconut sugar. I did use some stevia (great in gut healing marshmallows!).

This eczema guide, Kamlo Nozion Weebly, (please do Go ogle) is indeed , impressive and genuinely a life-saver. Just after using it, the itching as well as burning sensation of my eczema stopped nearly promptly. I make use of it almost daily to be on the safe side to keep the eczema from ever even showing up.
