I need help. My body feels the trauma constantly. Im shaking inside, living in fear. My BP yesterday was 170/120. My doctor is having difficulty in how to manage it. I need to set my body free of this trauma.

CBT does not work to heal….somatics and education on calming practices, regulating the nervous system and education on trauma recovery and abuse impacts are all key.
