Thank you dir I do these I have a fractured spine but have been a farm girl all my life hay bales weight ofv75 lbs feeding them twice daily to my horses an scooping up all the stalls an paddocks used to lift them up an throw over to cart like they were 10 lbs this yr last fall went to my knees am back to feeing an riding tractor but cannot pick up feed sacks anymore and can not pick up my hay bales just a flake at a time best exercise ever for my back has come from. U I thank u I walk but I will never be same but do pretty darn good for an 79 yr old country girl !! Thanks for all your help on my journey to get my back a little better. God bless you!!!❤❤❤❤

Oh Doc you are the best. I've been dealing with sciatica and lower back pains and problems for so long and I will do these faithfully every day from now on. I've started walking a mile every morning for the last month and it's really been hurting the lower back. I've been using an H- wave machine which helps but these exercises are better because I can feel it hurting, yes, and thank you my good friend , God bless.

Wow you always post videos exactly when I am going through something! I'm 42, when I lay on my back, my hips all around are so painful. If I wake up after being in that position, I can't move my butt and hips. Feels broken. Literally if there was a fire, I couldn't jump up that how much pain I'm in and I don't know what it is. I've had it a couple weeks now

This and dont sleep on 3 pillows. I have such a bad problem. I cant get used to any less pillows. I know thats why. I was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch with one pillow and my back didnt hurt. Rolling on a rolled up lengthwise blanket helps me. Rolling from left to right. My chiropractor is the best . My chiropractor said some day that wont work. For you people who dont believe in chirpractors you never had one that helped you. Some are in for the money yes. But mine wasnt he helped me and didnt push or have me come back or sign a contract. My hubbies dr wanted hin to sign a year contract. I went for 6 weeks and was cured. He said when i needed help again i could come back. He fixed me good because i havent had to come back in 12 years. Hes an angel.

Would this help my daughter who about 20 yrs ago missed 4 steps to make it to floor,she fell on but . Hurting for MANY years,doesnt take any pain meds,except a occasional tylenol,and that doesn't have much relief,if any. Would sure like to know Doctor. Physical therapy also helps. I just got over back pain. They had me do a bunch of exercises that help. He has covered a few of them.

i found using ICE and HEAT alternatively on your soar back muscles realllly helps heal them along with exercise and massage (massage gun or a roller) i used to get herniated discs all up and down my spine from inactivity and weak muscles. exercise alone never helped heal it. it wasn't until i started using a heat pad which would bring fresh blood and heal long term inflamed muscles. and ice! reduces swelling.. its really improved my entire life and my discs don't really herniate and if they do they get better in just a day or two instead of weeks or months avoiding a certain position
